Sheba begins to wiggle and squirm out of her mother's giant paws. The tree had long since fallen and she wanted to get a closer investigation going of what that strange creature was that currently inhabited the tree up above the pride. Getting free of her grip she toddled over to the fallen branch and placed her small forepaws onto its bark to try and hoist herself up onto it. The little princess wobbled to and fro for a few moments before gaining her balance and began to take some small steps towards the base of the tree before trying her luck with running on the branch wanting to get the animal into her view. Once reaching the base of the tree she looked up and began to "roar" thinking that it would be scared off.

Ren's ears flicked as the lions gave her a fore-warning; merely twitching her tail in annoyance. It was not until a small cub wandered up to her did the leopardess glance down. She'd snort in annoyance-slightly as it began it's fit of ''roaring'' and merely leaped over the fallen branches before stalking off into the tall grass; her amber eyes scanning the clearings ahead. What fun. -- Coral kept licking the rest of the purple stains on Kibwes' fur until they were gone, ignoring the cubs' protesting - purring slightly in amusement.

Kibwe's small body began to toss and turn in his mother's paws as she tried to hold him in place during his bath. She was...was purring?! Did she find this an exciting thing to do, hold a struggling cub while giving him a bath? Well if its what made her happy then the young prince figured he'd better struggle with even more might. Summoning up all the strength in his little body Kibwe began to thrash and flail while giggling a little thinking that this was supposed to be a fun thing for the both of them to enjoy. Though when he looked up at his mother to see if she was enjoying herself his small back leg kicked her on the right lower part of her muzzle, accidentally of course. He stopped for a brief moment, blinking his eyes, then starting the flailing all over again.

It was safe here, that much she knew. And as she rose from her resting spot underneath a swollen baobab, Nyasi yawned, comfortable in her stretch. There were lions, lionesses, and cubs of all ages around her, taking comfort in the refuge the Rai pride had to offer. Taking a few steps forward, she moved away from the pride, heading to the outer limits of the shadowed grove. Stepping into the sun, she smiled; the warmth felt nice on her pelt, and the air felt clean. It was hard to imagine that three days away from this peaceful pride, war was ripping apart the land. She had friends involved, and she hoped that those in the Heshima pride were safe in their plans of attack and defense.
She wandered to the edge of the grove, taking a seat in the warm sunlight.

Sheba soon grew bored with looking for the creature and decided to do something else. Spotting Nyasi nearby she ran towards her and began to gum her tail with her ingrowing teeth.

“Hey!” Nyasi shrieked, feeling a tug and then an annoying sensation on her tail, coupled with a few sharp ticks. Looking down at the perpetrator, she recognized one of the cubs she usually watched while their mothers hunted; Sheba, the young princess of the pride.
“Sheba, don’t do that…” She chided softly, pulling her tail from the youngster’s mouth. Nyasi lowered her head and gave the cub a short lick on the top of her head, nuzzling her in the direction of the trees. “C’mon, if your mouth is hurting we can find you a stick to chew on or something.” She started to walk in the direction of the trees, looking back at Sheba with a smile on her face.

The little princess sat there staring up at Nyasi in confusion as she pulled her tail away. Backing up a few steps she rammed into the lioness's body but unfortunately Nyasi stood up at the moment Sheba was supposed to make impact. Tumbling forward a little bit she shook her head and gave the 'ess a slight pout before she leaned down and licked the top of her head which made Sheba's pout seemingly disappear. Standing up she followed Nyasi as fast as her small stubby legs could carry her to find a stick to chew on.

"O!" The orange princess says as the lioness gets a grip on her scruff, squirming as she struggles to get loose from the female's grip.

Placing the fiesty cub on the ground and holding her still with a paw, she brought Ustrina by Coral and asked her, "Coral..I'm going to borrow Kibwe for a little while if you dont mind." she said before calling Ayo to help carry Kibwe. Carrying the struggling cub she placed Ustrina down on the ground once more after thanking Ayo for his services of carrying his little brother. "Now.." she began. "Today we are going to learn politeness." she said smiling only to see Kibwe toppled over onto Ustrina saying, "Ly!" while giggling. (Ugly!)

Ustrina lets out a little growl upon hearing what her brother says. "O ooh!" she says back before pitifully pushing her brother over. (No you!)

"Ah ah ah!" Renga said plucking up the little orange princess and bringing her close by while pulling Kibwe close to her by his tail. "Kibwe, that is no way to talk to your sister Ustrina.." she said bringing her head down and snuggling Kibwe's right cheek on her massive muzzle for a few moments before placing him down and turning her attention to Ustrina who was looking down at the ground. Placing a paw on either side of the little cub's face, Renga lifted her head up so that their eyes locked and that Ustrina couldnt move. "Now my dear." she said to the cub while squeezing her cheeks together so that she had the cub's full attention. "That's no way to speak to your brother. A lady, especially a princess such as yourself, must never insult others and is ALWAYS polite. Do you understand?" the lioness asked awaiting an answer from the toddler.

Ustrina scowls as the lioness holds onto her head, deciding that the only way out of this to agree, she speaks "Es." (Yes)

"Good." Renga says releasing the cub before Kibwe flicked his tail and pounced again. "I guess the lesson's over..." she sighed. "Go on, run along you two." she smiled dismissing Kibwe and Ustrina before walking off to lay down somewhere to take a nap.

Ustrina pushes Kibwe off of her before padding off to a small field of flowers, rolling around in the plants once she reaches them, giggling as she sniffs a few.

Nyasi smiled down at the little cub, stopping at the edge of the trees. She pawed at the ground, gathering a few sticks into a small pile. “How about you pick one out you want, little Princess?” She smiled, laying down on the soft earth. It was cooler in the shade, and she could see in the distance other members of the pride awakening. She could remember when every day was like this, before the threat of war existed on the horizon. There was little to be afraid of here, in the refuge that was the Rai, but still… there lacked a certain… excitement, in the everyday actions that came with being a cubsitter.
