Peke's fur bristled ever so slightly on his back as he turned his head from Sabre.

Sabre sighs before speaking. "Come on." He says, turning back toward the Mlinzi caves.

Blaze had heard what Peke was saying to the guard, having been with Sabre. His eyes narrowed slightly, his suspicion aroused. "Peke, why would you say that you want to go home, and yet fight a guard who was bringing you back here, to your new home, given that you're with lions who were exiled from the Bolsheviks?"

"Make it back where, to the Bolsheviks? If you were among the exiles, wouldn't that mean you too were exiled?" Blaze asked, his suspicion growing further.

The cub ignored the male's question and continued onward.

Wedger though was officially now gravid with four cubs growing inside of her. Due to last month's events.
Stripes was still with them to, eating grass but only when Wedger would be watching him.
Wedger didnt want Stripe's to get hurt, even though she said she wouldnt get bonded to the young zebra she became extremely bonded to him in the past month, she didnt want to lose Stripe's she treated him as if he was her own cub.

Some of Ishana's wounds had healed mildly and she paid close attenion to her little brother. Today she left him with Frost and padded quietly to Niki, "Hello Niki!" She grinned and stuck her butt in the air and wiggled it. "Wanna play?"

Within the past month, Ana's barely visible baby bump was now extremely obvious. However, as she woke with the morning, she knitted her brows together as her stomach cramped painfully. Wincing, she glanced to her belly, hoping it was just the child moving or something of the like. As Sabre left to go deal with Peke, Ana traveled through the tunnels to Frost's den, smiling sweetly to the month old cubs. Plopping down beside her closest friend, she looked to Jasiri, gently pulling the boy over to play with the cub.
Nikita had gotten better over the past month, as she wasn't so jumpy and suspicious as she had been. Looking to Ishana, she grinned nodding her head. "Rawr!" Nikita then pounced on Ishana, aiming to nom her ear. She did make sure she didn't stray too far from Matylda's side though.
The next morning bubbled upon the Belikov border and most of the barbary lions were already up and begining their daily duties. Sacha woke to find all brothers and father gone, most likely part of the morning patrol. Rosemarie was walking between the other lionesses, talking about yesterdays gossip and putting others in their place if they talked about her daughter.

Peke continued plodding on through the grass in the direction he thought was home. "I dont need anybody with me, I can find it just fine." he thought as he walked along.

"Something's changed about him." Sabre says, looking to his friend. "He won't survive any kind of journey like that...but if he's an exile, why is he wanting to go back?" He asks, growing a little suspicious.

"Simple. Because none of them are exiles; they're spies. I had my suspicions. But Peke's actions confirm it. Let's drive them back. Vladimir thinks he can outmaneuver us. However, caution has always been my ally. That's why I forbade any access for them to the other areas of the cave," Blaze said, his tone of voice as grave as the situation. He looked at Frost, and noticed how she had bonded with Ishana and the cub's younger sibling. Those two, however, can stay. The cub named Ishana doesn't wish to return to that abusive environment. And sending a newborn back there is just as cruel." Isaak swore in his mind, having heard what Blaze had just said. So he was suspicious the whole time. Damn you Peke! You just blew the mission, he mused. He looked to Matylda and Nikita. To Alekz and Andrei. A scowl was on his face. "We're leaving. The mission's been compromised. And we have our little High Prince to thank for that," he whispered to Matylda and Alekz.
Kawaida stayed near Sacha the entire time, not trusting the others near her, should she be alone. If need be, I'll fight them all, no matter the odds, to protect her if they try anything, he mused.
"How are you holding up?" Huruma asked Wedger.
Frost looked to Ana, a smile gracing itself onto her visage. She watched as the cream lioness played with Jasiri, her face beaming with joy. "The Bolsheviks will be leaving here. Rumor's already spread through the pride; the Bolsheviks were spies. Peke unwittingly gave them up by insisting on going back 'home' to the Bolshevik pride."

Sabre shakes his head, hurt by Peke's deception and angered by the fact they had spies among them. He nods when Blaze mentions Ishana and her brother. "They'll be welcome into the pride. And hopefully they never saw Ana." He adds, his eyes on his friend.

Nikita glanced over her shoulder to her parents, raising a brow as they talked softly to each other. Looking to Ishana, she poked her side, motioning her head towards the grown-ups. "Wonder what theys whispering abouts..."
Ana looked up to Frost, shock registering upon her face. "I knew there wasn't something right about them..." Moving her head down to play with Jasiri some more, she groaned softly as her stomach cramped once again. Glancing over to Frost, she gave a smile. "Don't worry, I'm probably just hungry and didn't know it. I'll be fine."
A month has passed for the Bolsheviks, the Kings anger worsening with each passing day. Finally, all his allies had gathered at Mt. Kilamanjaro. Vladimir stood proud, looking over the lions. The numbers nearly reached a hundred. With a mighty roar, he captured their attention. "In three days from now, history will be made. We will march upon the Mlinzi Mountains and reclaim the sole heir to Bolshevik! We will rescue our fellow brothers and sisters and we will show our enemies the wrath of the Bolsheviks! We will take what is rightfully Prince Hannibal's, his fiancee, the Grand Duchess Anastasiya Romanova!Let it be known now.. Leave no survivors!" He was met with the onslaught of roars of his lions. Their eyes flashing with the bloodlust that needed to be taken care of. Vladimir bellowed out another roar and grinned as the army turned around and began to march from the cavern. Stomry blue eyes flicked toward his right hand man, Demyan, a proud look within his eyes. Picking up a great paw, he wrapped it around the Head Guardian's neck pulling him close, pressing his forhead against his as a sign of brotherhood. "Let's go save my son..."
Sacha yawned, stretching her great body out as she stood, shaking her pelt. The feast from the previous night sure had helped Sacha, for she didn't look as weak as before. Turning toward Kawaida, she purred, rubbing her forhead against his lovingly. She opened her jaws to speak when a booming roar echoed throughout the plains. Turning her mighty head toward the mountain, she faintly saw Elder Tatiana standing proudly at the entrance to The Chamber. Flicking her pale blue gaze around, she seen all the other lions present turning their attention to Elder Tatiana. The old, wise lioness glanced to her pride before locking her gaze upon Sacha. While she may be old, she was still as impressive as the next lion. Her voice then rang out and by the time it reached Sacha's ears, all the lions of the pride were glaring down at her. "Sacha! Come forth!" Ears flattening, she glanced to Kawaida, giving him a lick upon his cheek, unsure of what was to happen. Turning, she then walked down the isle of lions, head held proud, she ignored the dirty looks and ugly comments thrown at her. Time for her judgement.

Peke continued onward, walking through high grass and kicking up dirt along the way making him rather filthy. He walked for what seemed like an eternity until he stopped and sat under a tree trying to locate some water, unfortunately there was none. He laid down to get some rest.
