Appearance; Vera's unusual size makes her easily intimidating, though she is slightly smaller then her cousin Sacha. Because of her rare linage of Barbary, she stands taller then an average male. Her family is a long line of notorious soldiers and guardians. Their fame was wide spread and many prides wished to have a Belikov protecting them. Because of this, the Belikovs made sure to put their offspring through vigorous training.
Veronika was the perfect example of a Belikov lioness. Her pelt was a rich dark tan, ideal for camouflage in the tall grass of the savannah. The tip of her tail, the rim around her ears, her wrists and ankles were dusted with a light reddish brown. Her maw, throat, chest, belly and toes were coated in a sandy hue. A dark brown nose and dark blue eyes completed her features. Vera's right eye was blinded in a border fight with rogue lions.
Being a Belikov, it meant to be in impeccable physical condition. To keep her large muscles in perfect working order, she exercised daily and made sure to eat a balanced diet.
Personality; Veronika can be serious when she needs to be, but is normally a very friendly lioness. She loves to hang with her pridesisters and their children and is often described as a large child. She'd rather be the babysitter then guard all day long.
She was however slightly outcasted by the elder females, thinking her attraction to females is disgusting and wrong. Being the lone lioness with feelings, she often day dreams she'll one day find the lioness she's meant to be with. In the meantime, she'll flirt with any female, even if she knows they're straight.
Vera highly dislikes males because a few had tried to force their way with her, and thinks that is what all males have on their minds. She distances herself from the males of the pride and often behaves rudely to them.
