Coral sat down, and yawned; a little tired from the walk. She then paused for a second, seeing Sabre and a guard walk back with a tiny cub. "Awww.. poor thing, that reminds me of when Ayo and Apollo were that small." she said, grinning; while looking towards Blaze. She then looked back at the cub, "It doesn't look to well, does it?"

The guard placed the infant on the ground. "Poor little dear.." then a thought struck her. "Coral?"

Coral blinked, "U-uhm," she said, pinning her ears back, looking at the cub. "I don't know...." she said, staring at the little cub. "There has to be someone else, right..?"

The guard shook her head. "Unfortunately no..I'm sure Blaze wouldnt mind.." she smiled.

Coral whispered in a hushed voice, before grinning in amusement, and backing up, "Still.. I don't know... really, um Blaze?" she said, nudging him.

Esi's burnt orange eyes fluttered open slowly only to look up at Coral and blink before her stomach started to growl.

Coral sighed, seeing as there was no other way to care for the cub, since it's young age and it not being able to consume meat. "I'll take care of her... but I'm not her mom or anything..." she said, staring at the cub, "I'll feed her til' she can at least eat meat I guess.."

"Thank you Coral." the guard replied as she went over to lay down and rest. Esi continued to stare up at Coral, her eyes widening while waiting for something to eat.

Naona watched, surprised as her pride openly accepted the cub. Sitting down as she say that Coral had seemingly agreed to take care of the cub as one of her own. She walked over to Coral slowly, "We should probably look for her parents or pride first, make sure that they know she's safe." She said, not wanting whoever was this cub's family to be worried about her.
Denee lazily rested her head on Renga's back and closed her eyes. Her pants slowed down and stopped after a few seconds of being comfortable.

"Naona, the last trace of lions besides her and us are extremely faint.. I do think something happened to them." she said frowning. "Surely if there was a lion looking for her, they would have come back for now.. but it wouldn't hurt to look." Coral then looked down at Blaze and grinned, "I guess.." she said; picking the cub up by the scruff and walking off to the pond. She wasn't fairly comfortable with the cub being 'hers' and well, it wouldn't hurt the help. Coral laid down and put Esi next to her.

Esi stared up at Coral, wondering what she was supposed to do. The infant looked back over at the pride and then back at Coral, her stomach continuing to growl. Renga looked at her sleeping daughter while placing her on the ground near the pride and stood up walking over to Coral and Esi. "Awww...she's so adorable!" Renga said bringing her head down to the cub's eye level.

"She isn't mine.." Coral said, at first, looking away. "They found her.. and she's starved but er.. I don't think she knows how to eat.."
