Chapter 4: Time of peace...

[Asani]

Niomi stared up at her mother then took a few bites, that were too big for her to completely fit into her mouth causing her cheeks to puff out, full of food. She trotted out in front of her mother, making a small plan to hold onto the food the entire way to their new home.

[Sabre]

After a few minutes of walking, the group finally reach the home of Heshima-Mlinzi. Sabre leads the group up into the cave system and turns to watch the three lionesses, making sure they climb up to the cave without any issues...and to make sure Nadya doesn't decide to try to go off on an adventure. He turns his head back to the cave to make sure there was still food for the two newcomers. Naraka seeing Sabre's gaze goes to the food store and pulls out a small zebra carcass before moving back to his spot, Sabre nodding in thanks to the Shaderian prince. "There's food here." He says, turning back to the group as they climb.

[Kisa]

Today was most likely going to end the same. Kisa would just have to keep adding collections of potions and antidotes to her deposit in her nearby tree. It was relieving to see no one getting hurt, or a complaning cub about toothaches, but it was still quite a bland taste the way she lived her life. In the distance she sees Sabre with the little princess, and 2 other unknown lionesses following behind him. Kisa frowns and begins to quickly pace her way over to the 3.

[Sabre]

Sabre turns his head to face Kisa as she approaches. "Hey Kisa, need something?" He asks in his normal, friendly voice. He has noticed that she doesn't get to do alot around the pride, but he doesn't know what other skills she has.

Nadya plops to the ground as her father speaks to Kisa, staying quiet she brightens up as the female approaches the group. "Isa! Isa!" she giggled as she ran towards her and nuzzled up against her leg, happy to see her.

[Kisa]

Kisa frowns her voice kept calm at Sabre's friendly voice,"Who are the newcomers?" She swerves her head in their direction. The lioness forgets about the said question for a few seconds as Nadya rubs her head against her leg. Kisa chuckles and pats her on the rump lightly,"So cute..."
(Now she sounds like a pedophile XD)

Nadya stopped after rubbing against the female and looked at her rump,then stared back up at Kisa. She thought her butt was cute? Boy did grownups seem to have strange tastes, at least to her anyway. Spying Niomi and her mother following up behind them, Nadya giggled and trotted up the other female cub who was carrying food in her mouth. The little princess bent down and swished her tail back and forth playfully while Niomi just stood there wondering what to do.

[Flash]

Shiva twitched slightly when they entered the cave, she wasn't used to being around so many lions. Glancing down at Niomi and Nadya she smiled, at least Niomi seemed to have a friend. Her tail swishing back and forth the tan lioness glanced around before bending down and whispering to her cub, '' Niomi, you can eat now. '' She'd run her tail down the spine of the cub, chuckling softly, rarely taking her eyes off the cubs. Sighing gently she keeps close to Niomi as she glances around the cave curiously. After getting a good look she returns her gaze to the lions closest to her.

Niomi looked up at her mother and began to chew the food that she had carried and cringed slightly since it had become quite soggy from holding it in her mouth for so long. With a wince she swallowed and shuddered slightly. The cub before her was bent down in a playful position. What in the Great Kings name was she doing? Slowly, Niomi bent down into the same position and flicked her own tail back and forth slowly.

Nadya quickly reached out her paw and bopped the other female on the nose before quickly pulling her paw back. Niomi crinkled her nose in surprise as a small paw landed on her nose. Blinking she bopped Nadya on the nose in return. She had to admit though that this was kind of fun. So there the two cubs were, crouched down and pretty much just bopping one another on their noses not really knowing what else to do with each other.

The two had to admit it..it WAS kind of fun. Nadya ran underneath her father and waited for Niomi to follow, which she did, and the two toddlers began tumbling over one another giggling and laughing. Niomi unsheathed her claws and accidentally scratched Nadya on the nose causing the fun to stop. Nadya sat there and began to tear up and then all out cry as the pain began to come on.

[Sabre]

Sabre turns his head as soon as he hears Nadya being to cry, he lays down next to her and gently nuzzles the cub. "It's ok Naddie, everything's ok." He says in a soft, quiet voice. "It's only a scratch, you're not hurt. Daddy's here." The large male says as he attempts to soothe the crying cub. He never liked to see his princess cry, and he does his best to keep her safe and happy. A soft savannah breeze flows into the cave, causing the king's jet black mane to move slightly.

[Flash]

Shiva froze and glanced at Niomi, wincing slightly she would quickly walk up to her daughter, '' Niomi, no. You need to keep your claws in, you could have hurt.. '' She paused.. She didn't know the other cubs name! Wracking her memory as she tried to remember. '' Her.. You could have hurt her.. Now, go say your sorry, alright? '' She knew that Niomi wouldn't be able to get out a real apology but it was the thought that counted, right? Nudging the small cub forward with her paw as if to get the young cub to move forward. '' I'm sorry, shes not used to playing with other cubs.. '' She admitted softly.

[Asani]

Niomi just sat there staring at Nadya and blinked. What on earth was she crying for? She was just playing was all. Crouching down she flicked her tail waiting for the princess to do the same. Nadya just whined and huddled against Sabre for protection.

((Bleh))

[Flash]

Flash of course had been watching the whole thing from a distance, the white furred lioness was curious about the newcomers, would they stay? Or would they leave? Flash shook her head, it didn't matter to her, maybe if the lioness and her cub stayed she would grow to like them. Padding forward Flash sat down next to Sabre and poke him gently with her paw, " Um.. Sabre, who are they? " She asked in confusion, she had only seen them from a distance, she honestly had no idea who they were.
Shiva watched the small young white lioness pad up to Sabre and ask who they were, her ear twitched. If the small girl wanted to know then why not ask Shiva herself?

[Sabre]

"From what I could make out, they don't have a pride." Sabre says, turning his head to the lioness next to him. "I couldn't just leave her and her cub out there to die." He turns his head back to the two newcomers. "They didn't seem the type to attack anyone, and after what we've been through with the Shaderians and Bolsheviks, we do need some help getting everyone back together and such." He says calmly.

[Silver]

Two figures made their way through the african plains, one was much larger and had a large mane, the other was a much smaller lion that was, quite obviously a lioness. The larger of the two was walking with purpose, it appeared that he was brought up differently to the smaller female, who walked with a sort of bounce in her step. As they came closer the two looked extremely alike, apart from the male being slightly darker than the female though both were still too big to be normal lion but smaller than a Barbary Lion. The young male froze as he picked up the scent of lions in the area, he let out a low growl as the female rubbed up under his chin and trotted off towards the lion scents, the male following behind.

The female let out a small squeak, almost like how a cheetah chirps, as she saw another lion in the distance, she couldn't really tell if it was a teen or an adult lion. The male came up to stand protectively beside her, giving a low growl to the lion.
